Garlic ghee and milk

Garlic milk is an Ayurvedic preparation to help induce sleepiness. This is based on the energetic qualities of garlic, lending a heavy, slowing energy called tamas, that can help bring balance of there has been a lot of mental or physical energy during the day. You can make this recipe using garlic ghee with any milk whether dairy or plant milk (it will not be vegan but you will reduce lactose and milk protein). To make vegan, cook 1 smashed garlic clove in plant milk and strain.
