Ingredients
1 egg
1 /2 - 1tbsp Ghee
Pinch of salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Heat the pan until medium hot.
Add ghee to pan and swirl or use spatula to coat bottom of pan.
Crack egg into the pan and allow to cook until whites are firm and edges are slightly browned.
Turn egg over by sliding a spatula under the egg, pressing firmly onto the pan to avoid breaking the egg. Then lift the egg with the spatula and gently flip over.
